Refund policy

At Patty Lou, all of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, products cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace your product if damaged during shipment. Photographic proof of damage must be submitted to Patty Lou within 3 days of delivery, via email, to receive a refund.  Thank you.
