Shipping policy

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Standard Shipping: 1-5 business days after an order is placed.
Express Shipping: 1 business day after an order is placed.

All items are shipped Priority Mail and is typically delivered within 1-3 business days FedEx Ground usually takes 1-5 business days. You should receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your order leaves our studio. Please let us know if you'd like your order expedited and we will try our best to do so!

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We send most international packages via First Class International Mail, which doesn't include features such as tracking information or delivery confirmation. Shipping times vary depending on location, time of year and local postal service. On average, orders should arrive in 2-4 weeks.

International packages may be subject to customs, duties or other fees that are calculated by country. The customer is responsible for paying any and all customs duties and fees. International packages may be delayed by customs. Unfortunately, we at Patty Lou, have no control over these circumstances.
